Industrial Plastics holds a working range of plastic sheet, rod and tube for industrial and commercial applications — with cut-to-size, CNC machining and full custom fabrication available from our Brisbane workshop. ISO 9001:2015 certified by SGS. Welders qualified to DVS 2207.
Materials we hold
HDPE — high-density polyethylene
Tank fabrication, lining, wear strips, machined parts. Excellent chemical resistance.
Grades: PE100, PE100 RC, PE300, PE500, PE1000 (UHMWPE)
PP — polypropylene
Chemical and food-grade tanks, ducting, scrubbers. Higher temperature than PE.
Grades: PP-H, PP-C, PP-R
PVC — polyvinyl chloride
Acid storage, ducting, ventilation, signage substrates.
Grades: PVC-U, PVC-C, foam PVC
PVDF — polyvinylidene fluoride
Aggressive chemicals, high purity, high temperature. Pharmaceutical and semiconductor grade.
Grades: PVDF homopolymer, PVDF copolymer
Acrylic — PMMA
Display, signage, machine guards, viewing windows. Cast and extruded.
Grades: cast (GS), extruded (XT), impact-modified
Polycarbonate — PC
Machine guards, glazing, impact-rated covers. UV-stable grades available.
Grades: solid, twinwall, multiwall, anti-UV
UHMWPE — PE1000
Wear liners, chute linings, marine fender pads, food belts.
Standard, anti-static, UV-stabilised, food-grade
Engineering plastics
Nylon (PA6, PA66), Acetal (POM-C, POM-H), Ertalyte (PET-P), Teflon (PTFE) for machined components.

How to specify
- Material: grade and any compliance requirement (AS/NZS 4020 potable, FSANZ 1.4.3 food, anti-static, UV-stable, flame-retardant).
- Dimensions: sheet size, thickness, rod diameter, tube OD/ID. Quantity.
- Service conditions: chemical exposure, temperature range, mechanical loading.
- Drawings or sketches: attach DWG/DXF/PDF with the contact form, or send via [email protected].
